Why a Soccer School?
Dear readers, boys and girls, parents, friends, club presidents and coaches!
Here we are. Since 2004 and meanwhile active in Germany, Europe and all over the world.
A soccer school.....
In March 2004, I realized after many deliberations and discussions my idea. And this idea was: Young talents should get a chance to learn to play soccer with licenced coaches in additional training courses or holiday camps.

We don't make the work of the home clubs of our children. Here we are - our slogan - the children are the reason for our work. We want to give them the chance, to play soccer very intensive in our holiday camps. We want to give them new professional forms of training, we want to motivate them. Technical things and the skill to play with the ball in highspeed - these things needs every good player in the modern art to play soccer - we will give them the training with qualified and licenced coaches (German Soccer Assosiation).
The club coaches haven't enough time in their teams. They do a perfect job in their clubs, they are training and education the children. Tehy have to learn them the rules, playing, spatial thinking and knowing, and also things like hierarchy, assertiveness and more.
The young talent needs a lot of time - more time and more individual training.Young talented footballers in Germany and other countries with mistakes in their technology will have no chance to play in higher leagues!
The regular traininghours and the special programm based on full technical will be a very good supplement to the club training and will improve the children. They will get more and more perfect properties by playing with both feet, head ball, passing or goalkeeper technologny. Also the ability to make the right running routes on the playing ground or to play in different systems. Only a player who ist able to play with both legs with a very good technology will be able, to change palying systems and positions in a team.
And an other important aspect : In Germany you will find a lot of Soccer
Schools. All of them make a good job. We went an other way ! The
creation of a registered association was the first step - no
commercially-oriented school ! We want to be partner, friend and during
the holiday soccer camps we will be a great family. We want to give our
children very good soccer courses with our licenced coaches and also we
will give them a intresting programm and nice days in our school. A
commercial oriented school has to make money first! We must not create a winner situation in commercial, we are able to have 100% fun, 100% soccer.
Our coaches are all together coaches who did their trainerjob in youth teams many years. They worked in amateurclubs and our thinking is: In the little amateurclubs a lot of youth coaches make the real work. They make the important work on the way to become good players in the future.
We have no "prominent" persons. We thin, that quality and permanent presence of the coaches is more important then some autogramms and one or two lessons with Ex-proffessionals. We don't want to "catch" children by such a competition.
It will be possible that children can learn some things from old stars. But we think, that children will learn with a great continuity bei coaches who make the training with their heart and their expirience in working with children. Our mission will not be to search for young talents and to bring them in great clubs. We think, that the children should be in their clubs, in their village and near their own friends.
Changing to professional clubs will be right, if the players are older and if they have reality chances to become professionals.
If that will be able, we all together can be proud and we made our job correct.
With my best wishes for all the young soccer playing children I allways will be your partner. Dear children, parents, coaches, club presidents : If there are questions I allways will answer.
We are proud to can do our job for the children in the clubs who are coming to our holiday camps all the years and from all over the world.
With best regards,
Yours,
Dieter Schaudt
